   There are gaming deals outside of USA & Canada via Origin, just not 70%. I purchased Mass Effect 3 for £24.99 rather than the usual price of £34.99.

   After chatting to a good friend last night we came to the conclusion that E.A.'s Origin isn't fairing too well, which probably accounts for excellent reductions on games like the recently released Mass Effect 3, (one of the bigger games of this year) as well as games like Need for Speed: The Run from late last year, (that is now only £19.99) . (These are the UK prices. The reductions aren't quite as big in the US or Canada for these two games).

   Thanks for posting the above tx, even though the deal you mention isn't for UK residents I decided to follow your link and discovered the deal on Mass effect 3. I'd been waiting for it to come on sale, but would never have thought to look so soon after its release but for your post. :) I'm really pleased as ME3 was one of the games I really wanted this year. I've been stopping myself from pre-ordering every game under the sun over the last 10 months (apart from some such as Skyrim and Call of duty: MW3, Serious Sam 3, Risen 2 and a few others. Consequently I've saved a substantial amount of money for doing so as many of the newly released games come down in price remarkably quickly compared to several years ago. Then again, there are many more games being released each month now compared to then.
