   Watch out when downloading this from CNet, the download manager is ad supported and it's easy to mistake the defrag link with other unwanted stuff.

   I ended up with the following even though I though I was being careful (it includes Webroot as well. I definitely unchecked the box for it not to be installed, yet there it is. :

   Althugh I know it's the responsibility of each individual when installing/ downloading stuff from the internet when posting such links would you please at least warn users of the potential threat. Thanks.

   I did not know it got that bad one time was jast one that you just utick a scan with virustotal only NOD32 said bad yes don't download from Cnet or download.com if you have NOD32 it will stop you.

   I downloaded the PerfectDisk Defrag and as I always keep my computer defragged with Defraggler, I found this took 3 hours to defrag my computer from a 99% defrag to 100%.

   Was that normal?

   Defragging at 99% isn't necessary. I don't even think about it until the fragmentation percent goes below 90!

   I didn't get this one. I have had PerfectSpeed 2.0 for a long time and occasionally analyze if I need to defrag and I think it's only been done once in all the years I've had this thing.

   I rarely use the other tools anymore - CCleaner is faster and may even do a better job!

   When I did the defrag it said I was already 99% defrag and the PerfectDisk Defrag took me to 100%. I should have copied and pasted it what it said.

   Will try again another day. The Defragler doesn't even take that long 20mins the max.

   why it takes a long time for the fist time is it wil put all dll exe on the fast part of the disk so next time not take so long,
