   If you missed the Fusion 9 coverCDs, I'd suggest http://freeserifsoftware.com/software/WebPlus/default.asp

   There is a line that runs all the way from hand coding HTML in notepad, through hrml tag editors (with preview if you're lucky), through tag/wysiwyg editors that let you work on the code pr lay things out visually (NVU is a prime example - http://www.nvu.com/index.php ), up to those that bury the code completely and work on layout alone, often with preset layouts - typically working in their own file format and then publishing to html when you want to deliver any changes.

   i need a software mainly photo shop exactly i dont no its name but i will explain in this way--
   a freeware photo editor tool which can modify photo which can change the clothes also.

   Sounds like you need photoshop to do a photochop.

   download a trial (30 days) from http://www.adobe.com

   Good photo editor all free no nags, no trial is paint.net, which can be found below.
