Failed installation for Windows 7/64 bit... except I didn't get the GOTD wrapper or no sign that the setup file actually installed. I got the Windows Compatibility window, but the file itself was not visible. Location of installed file is in ARCHIVED ROOT DIRECTORY!! Where is that?? This file is corrupted and nonfunctional. How do I removed those 2 failed installations from that root directory?

After a couple of hours of re-downloading, deleting, and restoring my system (even tried the trial off the homepage... that didn't work either), the updated zip folder worked like a GOTD ought to work. Thanks for hearing your frustrated uninformed subscribers! lol Great job!

Revo uninstaller is an excellent software program that effectively removes software and all its remnants. You should try it - there are free and pro versions.

haha that's about right Hotdog. When I've had serious problems I've backed up as much data as I've been able to, then wiped the disc by re-formatting it then starting afresh.
