   I interpret it to mean that he just recently re-ran the program and found that it was no longer registered, and now feels cheated (probably something that's happened to many of us).

   C’mon guys you can do better than that… :)
   The same thing happened over here.
   If you allow the program to connect to the internet , the registration popup window will also show a link to download a required registration patch and a full how to install it.
   (might be a dynamic IP issue)
