13 going on 14 wow, they need to slowww down and make a super kick ars one. We all can update security updates. Forgive my language earlier, it gets annoying. Because If I update to soon then all my addons and other items arent ready. If I wait to long. Im a sitting duck for hackers.
I have noticed pop ups of extra windows and such, though nothing is in them. I'm still at FF10
I've currently got FF 11, as I'm on the release channel. I agree with Txnnok - the upgrades are happening too fast, they need to slow it down a bit and make it more reasonable, so the security & non-security features are occurring on parallel schedule.
I too am irritated by the rapid turnaround but if you're willing to chance running add-ons that aren't officially compatible with the very latest release then Disable Add-on Compatibility Checks lets you carry on using them (you can do it manually by adding an entry in about:config for each new FF version but this add-on saves you the bother).
