I found the following game thanks to txgoogoo posting cannabalt earlier today. I ended up reading a lot of the posts on the site and came across the package described below. The developer says you will need 7-Zip to unpack the zipped file. When I tried unzipping with one of my other file archivers (Stuffit) the game folder was empty, so I used 7-Zip as suggested and it worked.

This legendary event was perhaps the pinnacle of human achievement. Placed 6th in the TIGSource B-Game Competition.
