   I've checked your account settings and everything is in order. It may be that the person you are trying to PM has a full in box. Though I can't explain the request to log in?

   Epic enthousiast huh? coincidence: EPIC was also one of my all time first space sims! Have you tried inferno?

   Ah yes, the equel to Epic. I loved these games. couldn't stop playing them for a long time. I purchased a tank sim and Darklands*** around the same time as those games. Even though graphics have become amazing (eg the X3 saga (X3: Terran onflict, X3: Albion Prelude and X3: Reunion), Eve: Online and several others such as the older Darkstar One and the Freespace games. I've just purchased a few more Space shooters via Steam (Starpoint Gemini, Evochron Mercenary and Sol: Exodus).

   with respect to Darklands, I'm getting really annoyed at GOG who seem to be mopping up the best abandonware games and are now selling them off for between $5.99 to $9.99. I spent a long time checking into Darklands when I discovered you could download it for free from the likes of most Abandonware sites. DOG and other like them seem to be searchig out the best of these and somehow managing to get the rights to sell them. Makes me fume really as I've always seen abandonware as a perk for Gamers. Also I feel cheated having to pay for the game again when I already paid full price for the game when it was first released. I hope they don't do the same for Epic and Inferno. :)

   Sadly, I think that EPIC and inferno don't quite have the hype for that...

   however, the wing commanders are steadily being imported in there...
