   I had a membership and everything was great for a long time but then all of a sudden I started having problems getting bad links when I clicked on anything which made it impossible to download games. I was using Firefox. Then I tried using Windows Explorer and it worked a little better but was still hit and miss. They have not responded to my e-mails asking about this. I did not renew my membership but would like to in the future if I can solve this problem. Does anyone use this site and have a suggestion for a browser that is more compatible with it?

   Hi Terri

   I have a membership to SW through my internet service and I have no problems downloading on my desktop, however the laptop is a different story.

   I can download the games to my laptop, but when I go to play them it brings up the old time login screen for the game, then shoots an error message at me. I have no idea why that is happening as I was able to play them before on the laptop.

   I haven't got around to emailing them, but I took screen shots of what happened, however I don't think even if they would reply that I would be able to send them. I think I tried it once before on a different matter and they said they couldn't accept them in my reply!

   I always use Firefox and Download Statusbar

   Hi Terri - thank you for reminding me about shockwave. I have not used the site in many years, so I would not know how to help you with your issue.

   In my case, when I now tried to access my shockwave account, I was not able to do so. When I clicked on the "sign in" link, nothing happened. I did not get a sign-in screen, absolutely nothing. It was weird.

   If I am ever able to sign in, maybe I can determine if I have the same problem as you.
