I try Immunet Protect but not like as most of the time CPU 97 % if you try how did it work out ?

This was a giveaway some time ago, but I didn'y like it. Though I can't remember why now. :)
I'm guessing re-optimizing the hard drive could help. Maybe:
- Check the hard drive for errors and bad sectors.
- Back-up important data (email / downloads / bookmarks / photos / device drivers...) to removable media and clear space on the drive.
- Uninstall unused applications.
- Clean the Windows Registry.
- Delete temporary files (e.g. various application temp folders, old Windows Restore Checkpoints, old Registry backups, CHKDSK file dumps...)
- Defragment the hard drive.
- Install new updates for Windows.
Thanks Idunnobutiwastold did all that a few time went to new format on the 01:01:2012 all new drivers sp3 XP .NET Framework 1,2 all good up dates Catalyst Drivers AMD Radeon graphics, DirectX 9.0c (Jun 2010) and did sfc /scannow 2GB Ran 2.6 GB CPU & very slow
