Spring time has always been a bit of a double-edged sword for me. On one hand, there are flowers and refreshing breezes, and the sun smiles like in an old black-and-white cartoon, except with a chillingly sinister undertone because it’s kind of pissed about global warming these days. But, on the other, crippling allergies render me incapable of drawing breath. Fortunately, thanks to Indie Royale’s spring bundle, I can now take my mind off my sputtering, purple-faced death by partaking of a nice selection of indie games on the cheap. So that’s nice.
This time around, Indie Royale’s ringing in the season with intergalactic tower defender Unstoppable Gorg, dynamic hack ‘n’ slash dynamo Depths of Peril, co-op retro platformer Tobe’s Vertical Adventure, neon-lit twinstick action-RPG Inferno+, slide-centric Tetris riff Slydris, and stylish twin-stick to-do Ballistic. Currently, the minimum’s at $4.54, so you may feel the seductive caress of an impulse buy creeping across your wallet.
Any takers? Personally, I never got around to trying out Depths of Peril, which seems like it’d be up my alley. Also, at this price, Unstoppable Gorg looks sort of attractive. I’m a sucker for goofy 1950s sci-fi, even if it’s attached to a game that feels like it learned its communication skills from the 1950s. What about you, though, singular reader that I always address at the exclusion of everyone else? Does anything in this bundle strike your incredibly attractive and intelligent fancy?

I have yet to be interested in any of the Humble Bundles.. Bought a few of the Indie Royales though.

Though until recently I'd never bothered to keep track of any application or game that I've purchased. I was looking for a particular reg code for a game I'd purchased several years ago and decided to make a proper record of all the apps and games I'd purchased in one place (thanks to pavid). That's developed into quite a document over the past several weeks with all the bundles I've purchased listed, with the steam, Desura and other codes supplied linked to each game, all the alpha games I've put my name to via the Kickstarter campaign and all of the applications and games I've purchased with links to where I can download the executables (where possible). I've always kept a backup of most things I've purchased, but never kept a proper record of where they've been backed up to. With over 8 TB of storage space on several external drives and literally hundreds of partially labelled and un-labelled DVD's and CD,s it's always been a bind to find things.I've slowly been working through my emails to find all of the reg codes sent to me and have discovered quite a few apps and games I'd totally forgotten I had.

I haven't read the terms and conditions yet, but I think it's a good thing, to have only one key for your downloads, and hopefully are the games I bought in the Humble Store included.Will check it out later.

MemberYes , humble store purchases are included , it is not bad , just it can be inconvenient to some people , also , one of the main theme of humble bundle is DRM-Free , an account system can be consider as one kind of drm , you can link all your purchases when you login (all purchases bought with the same email ) , for purchases bought with other email , you can link them yourself by accessing the original page , and the page is not deletable and the email address is not changeable (not separately) .

Oddly some of these appeared on Desura a few days ago and I suspected that they were going to be included in at least one of the regular bundles that give Desura keys.
This is a fantastic bunch of games. i have all of them already but will be getting this for my son as he loves Serious Sam and doesn't have the second in the series.
The Japanese side scrolling shooters were released on Steam last year and are a throwback to the old arcade consoles. i9f you loved those you are going to love those three games. The rest are also excellent games.

Michael Todd has been a busy little beaver recently, not only is he releasing his action-packed platformer Electronic Super Joy at the beginning of December, but he’s also contacted plenty of other developers to convince them to throw their games into his first ever bundle! He calls it the Super Shock Bundle, we call it the That’s-A-Lot-Of-Good-Games-Going-For-Cheap. To be precise, it’s 13 games in total for the low, low price of $12.99 (and yes you’ll get Steam keys for the ones that are available on Steam).
Normally we’d only inform you about a bundle when it becomes available, but this one is different, because if you don’t know about it now then you’ll probably miss it. Basically, tomorrow – Saturday 24th November – at 12 noon EST, the Super Shock Bundlewill be going live…FOR SEVEN HOURS ONLY! If you miss it you won’t get this deal again, that’s the catch. You can see over on the site right now that there is a countdown until the launch. They’ll be another countdown when it goes live so you know how long you have to grab the games.
