Where are the "Terms and Conditions"?
This is awfully suspicious.
Even Google doesn't know.

"AS IS" could also include faulty products that absolutely won't run. Example: "Real Ball"...putting that aside, still an very wonderful deal and very generous of GiveawayoftheDay and it's partners.

That's the Terms and Conditions??? The title mislead me to think that it was a legal document.
Where on the site was that? It doesn't appear to be labeled "Terms and Conditions".

It is right there everyday below the download button and above the comments (right above the comments).
