   I recieved a message from URSE games about the glitch in LVL 29 and this is the message and reply I recieved.

   I downloaded your game from game giveaway of the day and I am stuck on level 29 there is a floating brick with a lightening bolt on it that is impossible to get to. I love this game so far, but I am shocked that this blatant of a flaw slipped past you. I know several people from gamegiveawayoftheday.com have written you about this issue please fix it soon.

   I am outraged that after a promise of a free full version game we get stuck with a buggy version that they decided to giveaway abviously to try to hook us on the game so we will pay for it!! Shady practices!! I hope that for GAOTD's sake they were unaware cause this is, well, CRAP!!

   Giveaway of the day is a win-win solution for both publishers and clients
   The idea behind this initiative is that many sites and publishers offer trial downloads; but only we offer giveaway downloads. What does that mean?

   Just so everyone is clear these are the conditions set by GAOTD

   Basically, every day we nominate one software title that will be a Giveaway title of that day. The software will be available for download for 24 hours (or more, if agreed by software publisher) and that software will be absolutely free. That means - <b>not a trial, not a limited version - but a registered and legal version of the software will be free for our visitors*</b>.

   The software product will be presented in its <b>full functionality, without any limitations save for those mentioned in Terms and Conditions</b>.

   Has it occurred to you that this might've genuinely been a honest mistake or a bug?

   One of the effects of the GOTD promotions is that a LOT of people look at a program or game fairly closely over a 24 hour period. This possibly has the advantage that it might uncover problems that were previously missed.

   To the credit of Urse - they have offered a fix, which is more than some others have done when providing software that is effectively broken.

   It is pretty unrealistic to assume that the GOTD team play every (or any) game right through before uploading it for us.

   Still if there is a bug or a problem in the software, or it doesn't meet your expectations - you could always ask for a refund. ;)
