Has a lightweight install & running the app you have a very large number of tweaks or tools, though you should always use this sort of software with Lots of caution -- back up 1st & know how to restore that backup. Some of the options you can accomplish just as easily somewhere else, so it's just a convenience, but others are usually harder to find without this sort of utility. Setup adds an uninstall key & 2 program keys to the registry [a "TweakNow PowerPack" key is added to both HKCU & HKLM], with 2 "TweakNow PowerPack 2011" folders -- 1 is the program folder [22 files, 2 folders, ~32 MB], with the other, under User\ App/Application Data holding empty Backup & Temp sub-folders.
