   Did you try to register it doing an offline registration/ If so read the read me. It tells you to use the online method. I didn't bother to read the read me initially and discovered that I couldn't copy paste or manually type in the reg code. so I read the read me which told me to go for the online reg. It worked first time. I hope this helps.

   I had no issue at all.
   Just make sure that you don't copy any empty places in front or behind the key.
